How can I return or exchange an article?

Please fill out our return form from After completing the form you will automatically receive a return number which you can specify on the return package for a quick accounting. The cost for sending returns is for your own account. For the return form please click here.


We can only accept returns within 7 days after receipt (delivery) of the registered order at the delivery address. Returns / Exchanges which have not been notified within the time limit will not be accepted by us. Is it possible to fit an article? Is it possible to collect my order at the combinedshop?

Yes it is possible for you to fit an article in our combinedshop in Amsterdam. Our customer service can make an appointment with you to fit clothing or to collect your ordered and paid articles.

When do you receive the order?

If the financial transaction of your order is successfully completed, we aim at having your order delivered the same day by TNT Post within the Netherlands and 2 or 3 days for Germany, Belgium and Luxemburg, France and other European countries.

TNT Post often delivers your package the next day at home, this usually takes up to maximum 3 days.

For international shipping it takes 5 to 7 workingdays after the buying process.

How come I don't receive a confirmation e-mail from

If you don't receive an order confirmation after a few seconds by e-mail, the following things have gone wrong;

 your provider may see our automatic e-mails as spam, and removes them;

 you have given the wrong e-mail address specified in the order data;

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail please contact us via our contact form on the website from or call our Customerservice desk.

Suppose I order something that is (still) not available from stock?

We try to maintain the stock as much as possible through our stock system, but it can happen that something is already sold but has not been updated. Should this happen, we will contact you and discuss the possibilities.
